If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (I.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by indianclothstore.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Indianclothstore.com shall not entertain any complaints after 20 days, once the order is delivered.

If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he/she should seek clarifications from us through Email: info@indianclothstore.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then indianclothstore.com is not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.

We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.

Shipping cost would be deducted for refund, since we offer free shipping all over India.

No claim for refund, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services. In case of multiple payments for the same ARN, for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be entitled.
