  • Once an order has been placed, requests for order cancellations will not be accepted.

  • If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to user error (such as incorrect or incomplete name or address, or no recipient available), any additional costs incurred for redelivery will be claimed from the user who placed the order.

  • No complaints will be accepted after 20 days from the delivery of the order.

  • If the user has any doubts, concerns, or confusion regarding any of the terms and conditions listed here, they should seek clarification by emailing us and must wait for written clarification before using the service.

  • In any case of non-delivery or delayed delivery, we are not liable to pay/refund any amount exceeding the value of the customer’s order.

  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of goods.

  • All returned products must be in their original condition, and tags must match the product itself. The original tags must be provided for returns.

  • Since we offer free shipping across India, shipping charges will be deducted at the time of refund.

Free Shipping Terms:
Free shipping applies only to select country/area codes (USA).* In other countries/regions, shipping charges will depend on the weight of the product and the delivery location.

Refunds/Reimbursements:
No refund, return, or charge replacement requests are accepted for customized stitch product-related services. If multiple payments are made for the same ARN fee, no refund will be provided for customized stitch product-related services (including miscellaneous services).

Cashback Offer:
Your cashback amount will be credited in the form of “My Cashback” to your India Fabric Store (My Account). You can use it during your next order. When you shop next time at India Fabric Store, you can view your cashback amount in the cart section and choose whether to apply it. Once you choose to use the cashback, the full cashback amount will be deducted from the total of your next order. Cashback cannot be shared/transferred to other accounts.

Color and Description Disclaimer:
The product details or specifications (such as weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) mentioned in product displays are approximate values.
Customers must consider minor differences between the color displayed on computer screens and the actual color of the garment received.

  • All products are inspected, screened, and guaranteed by the supplier to ensure that the products meet the represented standards, quality, design, composition, style, or model.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or for any other reason. Whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order. The amount will be refunded, and the user will be informed.

  • The user agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and required information. We reserve the right to verify and confirm the information and other details provided by the user at any time. If any such information is found to be wholly or partially untrue, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to reject the registration and ban the user from using the services of this and/or associated websites without prior notice.

  • We are not responsible for any kind or type of credit card fraud. The responsibility for use of a stolen credit card lies with the user, and the entire burden of proof lies on the user. Users must use their own credit card on this website.

  • We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries of ordered products due to supplier (trade organizations, manufacturers/stores, etc.) issues, floods, fires, wars, natural disasters, or any other causes beyond our control.
